Hi i need to get another key for me mk2b punto 1.2 8v 53 plate

i have bought a key , how much will fiat charge me to code it to my

car ??

after owning the car 2 months i've replaced spark plugs , ht leads , water pump , cam belt , tensioner , front / rear brakes , oil , oil filter ,air filter

so only thing left is the key

£38 + vat to code the key ///// plus £10.00 + vat to get the key code

so how can i get the key code myself ????
