Smile British Racing Green

Hi,

I need some help....My friend is looking for a Punto sporting (the MKII version with the slitty headlights rather than the recent facelift model). She says she has seen them in Green; from her descriptions it sounds like it's almost a 'British Racing Green' like colour...i.e quite a dark green rather than a light green. Personally I can't ever say I've seen this style Punto in that colour. Although I don't know enough about Punto's to be sure...

Can anyone out there confirm whether such a colour exists? (for example was it a special edition)? Or is she barking up an imaginary tree?

Pics would be a great help.

Thanks in advance....

Re: British Racing Green

gex has a mk1 in ...erm green.

you can get the mk2's in this...erm green, why anyone would want a green car is beyond me, you'll have trouble selling a green car as most people wouldn't want to buy it. i cant say i have seen any mk2 Sportings in green tho.

Thanks all,

This has cleared things up slightly...I think?!!! So, it looks like this colour doesn't exist on a mkII right?...I shall have to break the bad news to her. She already has a lovely MKII in yellow so I might just try to persuade her to upgrade to a higher spec...
