So my car seems to get new faults all the time

A new one i got yesterday was during hard acceleration, 4th gear, from 1600-3000 rpm, the engine sorta looses power in small bursts. Like a really hard head windgust. (also happens in all the other gears, but 4th is the easiest to tell)

Same thing while driving up a hill at full or half throttle. Happens mostly when its hot, but also sometimes when its cold. Engine Temp looks good, smack in the middle. No error codes.

I guess it could feel like loss of turbo pressure, but in small bursts. I have no idea what it is. Its not rough or knocking or anything, just feel the bursts of loss of power.

Otherwise the engine runs fine. and fyi, I didnt get it chipped yet

So, i talked to my bother, who talked to a fiat mechanic who said it might be the EGR valve that needs cleaning. Found this:

Is your JTD remapped?

Nope, otherwise i would have made sure that wasnt the problem

it could be small leak in the boost pipes, so that when full boost is reached the hole opens and you lose pressure/power then the hole closes then pressure and power increses and then the sequence starts again
