Hi Guys

When i turn my engine on I get a really loud tapping noise in time with the engine speed. After about 15 seconds is reduces to a quieter noise then after 30 seconds its almost gone.

Funny thing is, it is a lot worst when the it's cold or the car hasnt started for a while.

Any ideas? Really need some help.

is it 8 or 16v engine

if it's 16v then you need to change your oil for 5w30 or 5w40 preferably selenia performer

if it's 8 then well i have no idea now you manage to make one tap probably blocked oil ways or not had oil change in a wile

8v selenia 20k is good stuff
