My wheels were fine for the first couple of weeks when i was on a 60 limit road, but for the past 5 - 7 days the wheels start shaking when i get up to 50 miles per hour! What is it? what can i do to sort it out? The wheels are 205/40/17 with fulda rubber by the way! I have now put the spigot rings in, the only few things i can think of are;

They are not properley balanced (how much does it cost to get steering re alogned and wheels balanced properley and how long does it take?)

They are rubbing on the inside at the rear on the passangers side (have removed arch liner but running still occurs), could it be this that is causing it?

Something to do with my suspension? (i have standard shocks, springs etc)?

Check:
Nuts, wobbly? (No pun intended)
Balance
Spigots - (Checked)
Bearings
Drive shafts
Check tyres for blisters

If you are only rubbing on one side then give the suspension a good check.

A balance should only be a few quid a wheel, track rods, camber and toe check should be under £40.

Good luck:D
