will try and get a pic uploaded, but they are right at the back, and you will need a very deep socket to get them out. Before you get too involved, I hada lot of starting problems with my JTD, and bought a new set of glowplugs. When I saw how inaccesable they were, I didnt change them. I did find that the contacts on the glowplug fuse had tarnished (It's one of the large fuses to the left of the main fuse block in the underbonnet fusebox, cant remember which one). Cleeaning this reversed all my problems. This was about 3 years ago and ive never had any starting problems sine (my punto is now on 155k miles, on it's original glowplugs, the replacement ones I bought are still in my toolbox somewhere)
This may not be the answer to you, but if if you have starting problems, it may help, before i cleaned the fuse connections, I would have to crank it so much, that the battery was virtually flat before it would fire up
Hope this helps
