Hi guys im new t this so hope it goes right;
Yesterday some scumbag put a screwdriver through my driver side door lock, i was just wondering if anyone could help me with any information on how to get the required parts out of the door before replacing them???

although i found that useful the link within it does not work so i cant find ne information on how to actually get the lock out

remove door panel them metal cover plate over lock on inside (2 allen screws) then remove link rod at clip on rear of barrel then slide out metal 'U' clip & barrel falls out from the outside.

is this easy to get back in? thanks very much for your help guys also, are these 2 allen keys in a triangle of 3 on the part of the door where the actual catch is that keeps it shut??

refit barrel in reverse order.

we are talking avout 'barrel' (where key goes in ) and not the lock?

to replace barrel you need to buy complete lockset.

well what i plan on doing is getting one from a scrap yard and just using another key, so would i just need the barrel and casing for it??
