My 1998 punto sporting has developed a tapping/rattling sound in the engine.
it sounds like its coming from the top of the engine, it is a loud tap on idle and then sounds rattling when you take the revs up. it then stops making a noise until the car is idling again.
when your driving the engine sounds fine but starts again when you stop.
Just changed the oil, its still doing it though.
PLEASE HELP.
