I've got a 3 door 55, and am wanting to paint my wing mirrors as they are a dull black, but i don't know how to take them off. I've had a little look but nothing seemed to be moving.

Also does anyone know how or where to get a screwdriver thing to unscew the centre console. Again i've looked but it looks like you sorta need one of those speacial things that you use when you buy furniture from argos.

genie, unscrew the plastic mirror adjuster off from the inside, then carefully pull the plastic grey base off. this reveals your 3 allen key screws. simply unscrew them, when u come to the last one hold the mirror from the outside so it doesnt fall down the side of your car and make a mess.

easy, prime, paint & lacquer.job done!!
