just ordered some jamex lowering springs of ebay, 45 front and 40 back... i was going to get some 60mm but didnt want to go that low and still want to use standard shocks......

got 2 questions...

1. will i have to replace the standard shocks or is it ok as they are.....
2. should i get a garage to fit them, if so how much am i looking at...

your shocks should be ok, but be better to fit new whilst it all apart, get new lower shock nuts n bolts before you start becuase 9 times out of 10 one or two of them needs grinding off to remove them.

would the shocks have to be a certain pair or do i get a new pair of standard ones....

get a pair of what you can afford.
some say dont go lower than 40 on standard but you only a bit over, see if sporting ones are a diffrent part number, if so get them

i will try to find some sporting ones seen as i have gone a bit over

got my springs today but going to wait till i get them fitted and get some noew shocks... just wondering if these would be ok...

think it means he sells all types of shocks for all models...either way i will still have to have standard ones anyway...

standard sporting ones be fine as a sporting is 20mm lower as standard,
