According to puntosports.co.uk the mk2B punto (I have a 2005 HGT) came out with a similar gearbox as the speedgear called the dualogic wich is a 6-speed automatic gearbox with sequencial shift ability. Does anyone have a HGT with this gearbox and will this be better, more fun or reliable than a normal 5-speed manual.

never heard of one, there was some one on here with one in a mk2b 1.3 multijet though

Only dualogic box I know-of is the one fitted to the 1.2 8v (semi-auto 5 speed manual based on the standard 1.2 gearbox).

ive never seen one of them either

there is a hgt on ebay that says automatic, but photo looks like normal shift stick, ive emailed seller for more info

yea puntos had dulogics on the 1.2 8v and 1.3 multijet (robotised manual gear boxes)

some were 6 speed and the speed gear had 7 speeds

also the older 1.2 16v had a cvt (constantly variable transmision)

It's a damn shame. I would have liked to have a 6 -speed sequential on my HGT, it can only think that driving will be more fun.
