Have what I believe to be quite a common problem on my 5dr mk1, The interior door handle doesnt work on the passenger side rear door, This problem usually happens when someone pulls the handle while the child lock is on and snaps the mechanism, I plan to take the door trim off and sort it, but is there a guide how to do it? Or does anyone know how take it off. Don't wish to damage my trim panels experimenting, also on the same door the central locking doesn't operate, Is this likely to be related? Or do I have to source another locking motor too?
