Hi

This morning driving to work about the last half mile the electric power steering cut out. I got to work switched the car off and switched it back on and it seems to be working again.

Any ideas?

Dunno, but it happens to me about 1once every 2 months, and i just switch it off n restart it, used 2 happen in my mk 2 as well [:0]

was wierd as it was the first time ever its happened, i hope its a one off.

my mums mgf did that, turned out to be the fuse.......

its prob something stupid like that, ill see how it goes over the next few days, doubt it serious as it came back on when i restarted the car.
