Hi there,
Can anyone help me? I've just bought a new CD player for my Punto, to replace the Radio/Cassette player that came with the car. I could do with some good advice on how to fit the new Cd player. Does anyone know of a good website with a guide, or can anyone give me some guidelines directly?
Thanks in advance

Charlie

You'll need to get a template (off ebay or Halfords) to make the new c d player sit snugly in the hole. Take the old cd out, you'll need tool to release it, again available from Halfords. Disconnect connectors at rear of cd, together with aerial. Connect these connectors to rear of new cd, push in, no problem.

unless the wiring is different. some puntos including mine need some wires swapping around to make a standard ISO connection work. use feeler gauges to remove the stereo. and get a facia adaptor that actualy matches your dash. some (possibly autoleads) adaptors will be miles off, colour wise
