Im lookin at some DARE motorsport 15" rims with a offset of 27 (means nothing to me) and a stud diameter of 108 will they fit my mk1 punto?

What size is the stud diameter of the punto? ive hear its 98?

What are wobbly bolts?

How much difference can there be with the wheel stud diameter before it wont fit at all.
If the stud diameter is too big can you get plates that would allow for different size wheels??
Thanks

they wont fit :)

ok can anybody tell me what will fit?? so I at least know what to look for??

will a stud diameter of 100 fit or does it have to be dead on 98??

that would mean that a 195/45 with offset of 38 PCD 4x100 would fit with wobbly bolts and no spigot rings?

Hi mate spiggot rings are plastic centres that convert a wheel hole size to another size in this case its 58.1 for fiats and your punto ..as you have found out fiats are 4x98 pcd BUT 4x100 will fit with wobbley bolts which is a bolt with a tappered washer on them..the bolt fits to the hub and then the washer fits to the wheel ..from what I have seen on the punto the pcd of 38 should be fine for the car ..I hope that helps you (y)

I recently fitted some wheels to my panda and went for 4x98 and I preferr it as its a direct fit then ..and remember if you fit 4x100 alloys you will need 4x100 locking bolts in wobblers as well ..just thought I would point that one out ;)

So basically im better off finding 4x98 then as using wobbley bolts doesnt really sound that secure... and sound like chances are ill need spigot rings anyways.
