Has anyone tried to bodycode their standard wing mirrors on a MK2 Punto Sporting yet. I've seen the covers ready to spray on ebay but i think they would look better sprayed directly instead of just slapping a couple of covers on. Any tips would be much appreciated! Also anybody got a rough price to respray a passenger door?

if you are gonna get the door sprayed £50-£150 (depending on paint type, full respray or blow over) you might as well get them to do the mirrors but make sure they use a plastic primer on them,

Cheers bud it's a broom yellow sporting. It's had a previous spray job which a didn't spot until after i bought it but now i know it's there it's getting on my tits. Do you know whether or not i can but that plastic primer over the counter cause i was going to pick up a spare set of mirrors from a scrappies or something and try it myself

Hi

I had the mirrors sprayed on my first punto, they look great altho i ripped one off in a car park which was kinda costly!!!! never mind wrote that one off a months later, and here i am just over a year later, after owning a second punto and now onto a stilo

2002 Stilo 1.6 Active, almost debadged and i have big plans!!!

This has been on my mind for a while now. RGM used to make some but apparently no longer do (only a set of carbon covers).

I was quoted £35 for each one but that seems steep for the work involved, especially on the Broom Yellow.
