hello, i have just joined through reading summit on google and need a little help! I am crap when it comes to problems with cars bit of a novice, i only passed my test 3 months ago!

when i have a little weight in the back i am getting a bad noise comming from the back end in which i cant say where it is comming from, it happens when i am pulling off! as well as when turning it is really loud and sounds like my exhaust is scrapping the floor which i know it isnt as i have checked it! i bought the car from Vauxhall but as usual they have had my money and no longer interested anybody at all got any clues what it can be and how much it would be to get fixed.

It has only just had its MOT in which i dont believe Vauxhall carried out as it was part of the deal as well as had it serviced, however they accidently forgot to stamp the book but dont worry i went back to get it stamped and had some kind words with their after sales manager! However i am really worried that its something serious as this noise is loud and really binding! The car is a 1.2 active sport 02 model any suggestions would be greatful! dont really want to take it to the garage as a woman on her own can suggest a big bill to some of them anyways

Its not lowered or anything, or on aftermarket alloys?

Possible rear wheel arch is catching if this is the case
