hey all my punto has an odd shaking in 4th gear and sometimes 5th i think the gearbox it up the creek. probably due to my 17" alloys.the other thing is it sometimes makes a clanging/knocking noise? has this happend to you? im getting a new engine and gear box soon hopfully anyway but it would be good to know wots up wid this one

sounds like it might be a busted engine/gearbox mount.give the engine a good shake(switched off!!) and see if you can hear the 'clonking'
