I've just had the instument panel replaced, as well as the ECU. I've got a W Reg Punto ELX 1.9 JTD diesel. Anyway, the JTD has an engine oil level check function which appears on the display when starting up. This consists of a line of 6 zeros, which reduce as the oil level drops. This has disappeared on the new instrument panel, I've raised this with the Fiat dealer who fitted it, he says that this function is no longer available on thr new instrument panels. Am I being ripped off? Or is he right?
