three weeks after I fixed the flaming thing and now it's p***ing out pertrol all over the place..

I have had a look and it seems that the small rubber seals / grommets / washers that sit on top of the injector (as it goes into the fuel bar / rod) are damaged and that is where the leak is occurring.

I called Fiat and they don't have a seperate part for the seal - it comes with the Injector, which is 90 quid. A lot for a small rubber seal.

My next thought is to try and call the manufacturer of the injector to see if they can supply it. Trouble is, I'm not sure who the maker is - i think it may be Bosch. It's a mark 1 Punto 16V - any ideas

Why dont you just try a local scrappy instead it be cheaper aswell, or would you rather be happy with a brand new part?

Thanks for that, but i don't really want to buy another set of injectors (old or new) just for the rubber seals if I can help it.

I'm thinking that if I can get the model number of the injector then I can get on to Bosch and see if they can supply the seals only.

They're o rings, motor factors sell them.....
