General 02 Punto seatbelt restraint light flashing.

Ive fixed up my 02 punto sporting from a light frontal, and now the Restraint light is flashing? Can anyone tell me what it means? I think it is the tensioners? all the airbags are OK.
Any advise is appreciated.

is it flashing about 3 or 4 times then go off. if so it is normal, telling you the pass air bag is turned on and will go off in an accident,and unsafe to have child seat in the front...................

Thanks Multipete, you are a legend. I think im OK as they do dissapear after a few flashes. .....phew.....! thought i was in for more expense fixing her up..... she will be good as gold very soon...will post the after shots soon, just got to get her painted.
