I know this sounds crazy , but my indicators on my Punto sx60 1999 are "bleepin" yeah...not just flashing , i am treated to a "beep" in time to the blinking if the indicator !!!!!!!!!!! ( started last week ! )

Yes i know it sounds bizarre !!!!!! , but its driving me mad ?:bang:

could be the relay is faulty, don't think there expensive to replace most motorfactors stock a selection of them

Yes as toad said, indicator relay will be your problem most likely, making a high pitched whine/beep noise? Have you got a tow bar, with electrics?
If so could be a short in that system, and are you sure that nothing else in the electrics is behaving strange? For example when your indicators are on, does the front or tail lights flicker or light all at once? See if you notice anything, cos you might have a short somewhere, but i put my money on the relay is the problem..

as far as strange things goes....er.....yes a few...not as severe....

but my rear light is sometimes on sometimes off , and also my electric windows are certainly become dodgy (some days not workin at all )!!!

Will get the relay looked at !

Dont know about your rear light problem, maybe loose connection or slack bulb? Your electric windows though sounds like the motor or mechanism on its way out..

car could have been fitted with a beep relay thing, (to make it sound like a corsa, top tip top tip top tip, kind of noise, can't hear them unless your stationary in a quiet field).

if the relay is on its way out they make a buzzing kind of noise.,
