Yep its the blow bulb warning indicator, more often than not its the number plate light or a side light bulb. the car will normally tell you when you start it up, which bulb is out.

At 20l / 100km..

A blown bulb might not be your only problem

I've Flown in Cessna's with 5+ litre flat four engines, build in the 1970s that still manage ~15L/100KM.

If all the bulbs appear ok, test them in combination. Lights on, press brake. Lights on, select reverse. or indicators, etc.

All teh bulbs in each light earth through a common connection. If a light unit has bad earth, they try to earth through each other, appearing fine individually, but fighting if two or more are illuminated together.

This has reminded me, must go fix my DRL on the Fabia, got a warning yesterday the left one's out. Didn't worry me then, as it was dark, so headlamps on and DRL go off anyway.
