My battery on my evo 2011 multijet just died. I didnt drove it for 10 days.
My question is, can i connet my moms car battery to my evos to start it, even tho mine is with start stop techology?
And is it possible to somehow recharge the battery with start stop techology or do I need to buy a brand new one?

Yes.. you can use another car to start it..
BUT.. you have to be careful with the sensors on the battery posts

But it might be better to tow.start..
No electrical complications

Once your car is runnong..
Check that it is charging..14 volts

What charlie said, if you’re not worried about stop start or it already doesn’t work then you might not be so worried about being super careful, however...

With my evo I charge the battery with a charger if it goes flat but if all you have is another car then you can do it that way, there is a section in the manual I seem to remember that specifically covers jump starting and where to connect the cables so as not to cause damage.
