My turbocharger makes this rattling sort of noise, almost as if something is making contact with something . Its coming from the turbocharger. Anyone one know whats wrong? How to fix? How much will it cost?

you probably need to "check the end float" this is a very fancy way of saying; poke the fan inside the turbo and see if it moves. Basically the compressor in the turbo should have very tight tolerances and move very little. If it is rattling its possible the turbo is now badly worn and this is rattling about inside the turbo.

If you disconnect the pipes to the turbo you can put your finger in the turbo against the fan and wiggle the fan to see if it is free moving, obviously it should spin but there should be no sideways movement. If there is you'll need a new turbo.
