My drivers seat won't lock into position so it just keeps sliding up and down on the runners. I looked under the seat to find a grey plastic part had snapped and come off the runner. I've managed to get it back on and wedge it for the time being but i can't position my seat properly. Does anyone know what the part is called and is it a cheap and easy fix.

The runner on the bottom should unbolt from the seat. I don’t think you can buy the plastic part on its own, you could however get a replacement runner from another scrapped car
