Can anyone help please.

I have a Punto Evo 2010 1.4ltr 8v with a misfire on No 1.

I have changed the plugs, swapped the coil packs over and still comes up with ignition misfire No 1, the spark plug is wet all the time.
The injectors were cleaned 5000 miles ago.

Any ideas please.

What are you using..
Basic OBD code reader?

Result, engine loom has failed, a common problem apparently.
