Can anyone tell me (or better yet show me if you have a picture that Google doesn't have!!) where there hell on the friggin engine bay this bloody pipe is??

I have the typical oil smell inside the cabin, following actions taken but not resolved:
*ECU checked for codes
*oil + filter changed
*Air filter changed
*Cabin filter changed
*Injector and DPF cleaner additive used (STP & Wynns)

Concluding that it must be a split/clogged pipe and want to change it but am failing miserably to find the fiddly wee bugger.

Can anyone out there in Fiatland help??

(2010 Evo GP 1.3 Multijet 73bhp in case it helps....)

Sorry for taking so long to come back, had a back issue so not been near the car in almost 2 months.

Gonna have to check it out again but gives me more of a clue where I am look. Cheers :)

Hiya, think we may be having a similar problem as the car has that smell. I know this was a couple of years ago but was just wondering if anyone ever got to the bottom of where the breather pipe actually is??

Hi.

Definitely oil??

My 1.3 has a poorly fitted EGR hose.. that stinks.

Thank you, and sorry for late reply... turns out it was one of the injector seals that was leaking!! Any tips for removing the EGR hose on a Fiat Pinto 1.3 Multijet though? We've wanted to take a look at it/clean it up for a while but apparently it's a pain to get out!!

Undrneeth really and one of the bolts needs to be gotten by touch as you can't see it

Tbh if you taking it out you may as well go whole hog and replace it
