Technical Exhaust heat shield 1.4 8v

Hello

Ive recently just had my exhaust replaced due to it blowing in multiple locations. Now i have encountered another issue in that the heat shield that is above the back box is now hanging down as the fitting that holds it up has fallen off.

i have found the part on ePER as part number 51763168 but i cannot seem to find anywhere to purchase a new one i have tried shop4parts and ebay with no luck. does anyone have any idea where i could locate one?

also if i left the heat shield hanging as it is would it likely fail the mot as a result? as that is booked in and runs out on Friday I cannot really afford to be without a vehicle as I need it for work purposes so dont really want it to fail on that when i know i can fix it.
