General Shell petrol and diesel

Is there really a difference between shell normal petrol to its V power petrol. Likewise for diesel?

The vpower fuel has a higher centane/, octane rating basic meaning it has more power when burning
The difference is fairly small however but it will give you better economy again the difference is small

They also contain better additives for cleaning carbon and such how much they actually benefit is anybody's guess thou

In a 'normal' car it's marginal, the likelihood is that the extra cost of the fuel will not be seen in MPG gains. True sports cars and highly tuned enginers are designed to run on the higher octane stuff though, and will run like bags of spanners on standard fuel.

Without supporting mods, it'll do nothing noticeable to your GP.

BP Ultimate doesn't contain Methanol, that's a benefit as well.
