Hi All

Wondered if someone can help me, I have recently had the no source available message when trying to play music from my USB but my Bluetooth phone connection works fine.

I have read many threads and have tried disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes to reset the system but I'm still getting the "no source available"

I haven't yet tried the second memory stick to resolve the issue, but failing this what is my next option?

Not sure if this is similar to my Punto Evo or not, but I have to wiggle my USB stick until it finally recognises it, otherwise it will say 'No Source Available'. I think I just have a worn out USB port, try moving it slightly and keep pressing 'Media'. This works for me!

So I tried wiggling it and nothing. Downloaded the software update and put it into my USB, plugged it in and nothing!

My next thing will be to try taking the fuse out and putting it back in.

There is still power to the USB slot as it is still lighting up, all the Bluetooth functions work as they should. I've tried disconnecting the battery with no luck.

My last 2 options, removing the fuse and taking it to main dealer
