Punto Evo GP 1.4 8V 2010 Lock Set Advice

My punto was sadly broke into a few months back and I still have not managed to get it fixed. The lock barrel has been completely taken out of the driver's door so I know I need to replace this - however I do not have a clue how this will all work! I also have lost my fob key so I cannot lock my car at all anymore.
So I need some advice really.. would I have to get a whole new lock set (ignition, door barrel, electrics) or is there a way to reprogram my locks and only buy a new door barrel and key?
I have seen full lock sets for other punto models of the same year, ie. evo multijet 1.4 16V - would this be the same system as my GP?
Any help would be much appreciated!!

I don't want to go through the insurance as this is the second time it's been broken into and my insurance will go through the roof if I tell them!
I'm based in Cheshire
