Hi,

I have a 2011 (11 plate) 1.4 Petrol Manual Punto Evo and had a low oil pressure warning this evening. I know the sump doesn't hold much oil compared to other cars according to the mechanic who serviced it last year. I assume the oil will need topping up (as was low when checked with the dipstick) but I am not sure which bit is where I need to top it up. I don't have a manual as the garage said the car didn't come with one (second hand) and I'm not sure which download is the right one if anyone can help me?

Thanks
Kirsty

Hi Kirsty,

Not sure if I've understood completely correctly, but are you asking which bit is the oil cap? Wasn't 100% sure:)

To answer your other question about the manual, I think you should be able to download the manual from the Fiat eLum website by typing in your reg:
http://aftersales.fiat.com/elum/home.aspx?languageid=2

The manual will also confirm the correct spec of oil to use. Selenia oil is recommended in the manual, but as long as the spec matches what it says in the manual for your engine then you can use it. A great place to order the right stuff is Shop4Parts.co.uk, they specialise in Fiat/Alfa/Abarth etc. If you want to be absolutely certain, just email them with your reg number and they will tell you what stuff to buy.

Hope this helps!:)
