Technical Rattle in/behind radio head unit

Hi Guys,

New to the forum, just recently picked up a 2010 Punto EVO 1.4GP (8V) I love it to bits but something has started to irritate a alot very recently....

The car has been perfect no issues at all for the first 5 days of owning it, then out of nowhereI can hear this irritating rattling noise and its coming from behind the radio head unit (90% certain it is the radio head unit or coming from behind it)

I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what was the cause and the solution. At the moment my only solution to it is to have the music up very loud so i cant hear the rattle, not good if you have a headache!

If anyone has any help/pointers I would love to hear from you

Personally I would slide out the unit..and have a peek

If you dont see anything obvious.
unplug and drive round the block..with the audio unit elsewhere..

could be something dropped in the air vent
i had a similar noise years ago and it was a ticket that had fell in the centre vent:bang:
