Tuning sports cat

I have a Fiat punto evo sporting.just had a Longlife down pipe back exhaust fitted this morning. Next step is Longlife sports cat and down pipe.i was told that sometimes even with a sports cat it can set off a warning light on some cars. Does anyone know if this is the case with the punto?

It was the guy from Longlife that said it might.just wana be sure before I spend money on one and have the warning light does come on.
