Hello all, fitted a BMC panel filter last night to my evo sporting, also whilst fitting I noticed some extra piping in the airbox, a long tube in the airbox lid and a small one that clips in and out on the bottom.
Anyway I removed the bottom pipe and along with the BMC panel the car definitely feels like it revs more freely and also gives a nice grunt now above 3500 rpm.
what would the purpose of the bottom pipe adapter be would it be for noise reduction or something else?
