Hello from Holland,
I have a Punto Evo 2010 with Blue&me Tomtom 2
I recently updated my car from V8 to V9.
after the update the car menu on the tomtom doesnt work anymore.
When i try the tomtom to pair with bluetooth, the car menu gives me 4 numbers, the tomtom shows the screen which to put the numbers in.
After typing the numbers the tomtom displays "cant find a bluetooth device" but the lady from the carmenu says: "Welcome to blue&me"
How can i go back to V8 or is there an other way to make this work again?

(sorry for the poor english)

Wow, Am i the only one with this problem?
Its oke, problem solved, i fixed it, I got it working with V9.0 now

Hi ztitz,

We have just picked up a new 500 1.2 Vintage 57 and i have just experienced the same issue when trying to pair a new TomTom Blue&me with the car.

Any help or advice that you could give would be appreciated.

Thanks

Muds

I was on V9 and just had my TomTom delivered on this week and works fine. I say factory reset the TomTom?

If that doesn't do it, disconnect the battery terminal under your bonnet and it will reset the blue and me system.
