So,after trying every single thing in terms of tuning with stock turbo on Punto Evo multiair i found a TD04-15T and decided to give this little creature life.
So,it was nothing to worry about,if your engineer is good enough it makes it with really low cost.
So this is the turbine

This is with the turbine firstly fitted in the engine. You have to open the head of the turbo and turn it around so the houses and pipes will fit directly

And the final results:

Any question can be answered

hi buddy is the turbo u used the same as the abarth? have u had it remapped yet, if so wot power is the car running? my understanding was that the injectors would need upgrading to suit. also wot was the overall cost and is the difference worth it?

many thanks..

Hi guys.
Turbine is Mitsubishi td04 and you find it on saab 2000cc turbo, Subaru impreza etc.
You will need oil and water pipes for the turbine, a blow off valve, of course a good remmap, a mechanical or electronic boost controller, and a handmade flange for the turbine to fit the stock manifold. No high cost, affordable for the power it gives.
I'm running 1,4 bar at rev limiter and i am 270bhp.I will post dyno these days.

Boost actuator or wastegate is the thing on top of the turbine.By turning it back and forth you are tuning your pressure. With a mechanical boost controller you can tune up or down the boost set by the wastegate (depends on what is max and min in the set boost in wastegate) The good thing of boost controller is that gives you overboost with better results than programming via n75 valve.
Electronic boost controller is much more expensive and the best by far cause it can hold really stable boost , tune your overboost and has some other interesting settings too.

Well done. We converted an Multi-air to BorgWarner EFR6258. Result, 250PS.
