Tuning punto 1.4 GP adding a turbo.

Hi All,

I have finally got myself another Fiat and love it!!

Can anyone give me advice on turbo charging the n/a 1.4 petrol?

I know it might me costly but that's not a problem (as long as its not stupid money)

any help would be appreciated as google isn't giving me any answers.:bang:

Best advice would be to:

a) Sell the N/A 1.4

b) Buy the Multiair 135 (finding one nowadays is a needle in a haystack job)

Seriously, it's just not worth the time and effort. The N/A is pretty bullet proof, and a useful amount of power if you rev it

There's also some K&N filters and an induction kit that might make a small impact on power, but they're rather expensive for the difference it may not make.

If you do go down the K&N route, let us know how it goes. I'd be interested in the results.

Their is no useful power in the 1.48v in revving it, same with most 8v does its best work lower in the revs.

The amount of money you'd have to spend wouldn't justify the small increase in power. And your insurance company will probably disown you
