I bought my punto evo sporting at xmas 2014. I paid 4.5k with 45k on the clock and full fiat service history. Since then ive had forge induction system (£210) tmc power pedal (£200ish) and a remap 162.8bhp. Next (after remap) i had a custom 2.5in 304 grade stainless steel turbo back exhaust fitted. Still to go on the car is a forge intercooler and atuator to be fitted on 18th feb and a custom live map update and power runs before and after. Im hoping to see 180bhp. Fingers crossed.

Hello.........update..........well I went back to amd tuning today for the remap with the new parts on. I asked them to fit a forge actuator too. the actuator would not work or be set up so that just cost 100 in labour and still running old one....waste of time so sending that back to forge to be tested in order to receive a refund. anyways with the custom exhaust 2.5in and the forge intercooler and forge induction system the car went from 162.8bhp to 169.8 and from 209torque to 223.4. amd said the exhaust I had made should have had a 3in downpipe with a 2.75 centre and rear and think I've lost flow cos its only 2.5. anyways im very disappointed. the intercooler was 400 induction 225 the exhaust 600 and the 100 plus vat for the map upgrade = a 7bhp and 14 torque. cash to power this seems quite **** and I had expected 180bhp ish. car really don't feel any faster imo. I can see the power curve on the dyno is good and the new power was made after 3k up to 5k.

so if any1 out there can tell me another way to drag this punto up to around 180bhp without a bigger turbo I would like to know. I do for now plan on installing the abarth turbo in June along with the injectors maybe even having a new 3in header made up

Hello,

Not a specialist because no experience to share with you on this, but it seems without changing turbo 160-170hp is in the highest reading. I think it's a limit with this turbo, and this is the reason why stock multiair engines with more than 150 has another turbo.
