Hi guys I'm new in the Forum , I'm from South Africa , just wanted to find out if I dropy suspension is it shocks or springs ? I have a 2011 fiat Punto emotion ...

I've just put nice new 17" rims on so how low should I drop it ? 40mm ? 60mm ?

You would need a new set of springs, and I wouldn't lower it any more than around 35mm to avoid any damage.

I'd go for something subtle like 30mm
