Hi I own a 59 plate punto evo multiair 135 with stock blue and me blaupunkt stereo system with the Windows usb port but no aux input.

I have been trying to find the best solution to playing music from my phone / mp3 / music playing device and because they Changed the usb software in most devices (as you are all aware I'm sure) so that it is no longer recognised as an external hard disc, I may as aswell have been banging my head against a brick wall.

The best thing I have found so far is a TDK usb flash drive I bought today that has the capability of connecting to any android device that has 4.1+ jellybean software and be used as an external drive,
So you can plug it into your phone when on the go and quickly transfer a song etc to the usb stick (for Times when you've just found some banging tune you have to play just right now!)

Here is the usb stick it cost me £10 at Tesco.

In case there is any confusion the usb end of the stick rotates 180 degrees and slides into a little usb input on the opposite end of the android connection housing ( as seen in the picture.

Any other suggestions are much welcome.

Hello ! :)

Thanks for sharing your solution.
As you say, B&M will only recognize mass storage devices or Apple devices (natively from the 2010 Evo).
I'm not on the Android side, but it's a very bad thing if phones are not mass storage devices anymore. It was a good thing for these devices, and an easy way to play music on stereo like B&M.

In my case, a very small USB Sandisk Cruzer Fit enjoy me to listen music in my car, but no direct exchange with phones.
