General Where/how to fit a CB aerial?

Hi all, how the heck can you fit something like a CB or ham radio aerial to cars these days?

Everything is plastic!

It looks like the only way is a mag mount but I dont like them because they have a tendency to scratch or fall off.

Any recommendations on fitting one to an Evo?

Only options are a magmount but smear a touch of silicone around the base to stop it moving or drill the roof and fit a roof mount! I'd use the magmount option.
