Replacement dipped beam bulbs

My near side dipped beam has gone so a new bulb is in order. I'm thinking about replacing both sides whilst I'm at it. Any recommendations on bulbs that are better than the stock fiat ones?

cheers

Re: Replacement dipped beam bulbs

Hello,

By better, do you search better lifespan ? Or better lighting/look ?

Because the two are not compatible.

Re: Replacement dipped beam bulbs

I know its a different bulb, but I had Philips xtreme power in my mk2 punto and then fitted to them to my astra (which is now driven by the other half) and still working, must be about 4 years since buying them and must say they've been pretty good.

Re: Replacement dipped beam bulbs

Thanks guys. I'm not fussed too much about lifespan as I expect I'll only have it for around another year. I drive a lot at night and any improvement even a small one would be good.

Osram Nightbreakers. I stand by them. Maybe a set every 12-18months.
