Ive just bought a 2010 1.4 8v Punto Evo GP for a little run around, only on 30,000 miles..

Ive not had it long and i've noticed many electrical issues...

1. The Blue&Me is non-existent
2. The USB does not work
3. The start stop does not work
4. I keep getting a message reading "Power steering issue, please check handbook" (Or similar) But there is no issue with the power steering
5. Not sure if it has hill start as standard? but thats not there..

No warning messages have show (Except the Power steering), They just don't work..

I've seen members with some of these symptoms but not all..
The battery connections are clean, so i'm hoping to try a new battery soon and hope that solves the issue..

Is there anything else i should look to check?

Thanks for your help.

If you just bought, back to dealer !

For start and stop and power steering, it can be related : battery. You need a battery better than standard for S&S, read forum.

For blue and me and USB when you bought it you test it ?? It is another issue (not related at battery).

No, hill start is not standard, I have not this on my 77HP Easy. On lounge version / 135HP it is normally standard (can vary in countries).

Ok...

If you change your battery, you must use a ECM otherwise it will be dead quickly... (read forum about ECM, StartStop)

You need to plug it into an examiner/diagnostic and run a Proxy alignment and clear errors. That will likely fix the flashing mileage and all other issues.
