Hellow everyone,

I have had my fiat punto evo 16v for 7 month now. 10 plate
I have had no problems until now, I was using the Bluetooth as I normally would for a phone call but when I hung up it has frozen on the phone symbol so the radio display has crashed and still shows I'm on the phone, my radio won't come on even when I turn my engine off and restart it, it just comes on showing I'm on the phone. Also even though my engine is off I can still turn my volume up even when the radio is off, no music just the fuzzing noise from the speakers gets louder. Has this happened to anyone else and if so how can I fix it???

not yet.. my punto is 6 months old,


I would disconnect the battery negative lead for a few minutes -

that a cheap test to see if it resets itself,
