Technical 3rd year 42k miles servicing

As the title suggests, i'm going to book my car in for a service with a local garage. It's out of warranty and Fiat want £180 plus parts for servicing (Don't think so!)

It's now done 42000 miles and a big service is due. Other than the usual servicing items, anything I should expect needing doing that might cost some serious cash?

Normally oil change, filters change, spark plugs, and perhaps brake pads, depending they state of wear.
