Hi Guys,

This is my first post here its regarding my Punto Evo 2011
Suddenly my right hand multimedia buttons are not working ( forward, reverse, source, end call) moreover when checking the steering wheel shifting paddles I found both not working.

Any one have any idea what gone wrong and if there is any thing I can do to fix this issue without going to fiat.

I have already done a reset removing the battary cable but that done nothing.

Apprecite any ideas or thoughts.

Sounds like a failed clock spring. Will need replacing, as the options you have are rare (paddle shift) you'll probably have to get a new one from main dealer.

Could fit yourself if you're handy on cars

I had an issue before with my turning light stick and required a change although still in order phase.
I did visit Fiat center and they stated that this issue is from the failed turning stick as it contain the logic circuit for the whole steering wheel.

And for info.
This issues causes other failures just incase any of you have it dont get panic - the following will suffer when you have a problem in your turning stick.
- horn
- wheel shifts
- cruse control
- all multimedia functions
- driver air bag

Maybe other also but I cant confirm.

* you have to admit that this is one interesting design from Fiat !!!!!!
