Technical Evo Hazard button - should it flash?

When you push the hazard lights button in the middle, should it flash?
Should it light up with the lights/power on?

No amendments to the lighting regs now permit the 2x green direction indicators to illuminate instead of the button

OK ta, so its not got a blown bulb - methinks I might add an LED in it if I can get it out when I next play with the cd..
