Hi.
I have a fiat punto evo 1.4 multiair, and a few months ago the starter motor broke, so I go to fiat dealer and put another one.
I picked my car but after one week (more or less) I notice that blue and me system does not work properly.
The blue and me system shut down and restart one, two, three...and more times, in about 10/15 minutes, I turn off the battery for a few seconds and turn on but noting happened.
I search in this forum and another sites but found nothing to solve this problem.
I think that was some wire loose or something like that (hope so).
Anyone had this problem to ?
Any help to solve this problem ?

Sorry about my english.

hm...ok I will try to do that :)
but you think this will solve this problem ?

hey
I turn off the battery for about one hour, and the problem persist.
I hear about 5 sec of a music and then blue and me shut down, and 1 or 2 minutes later turn on again.
Any suggestion ?

Go to your dealer and say the problem you have.

To change the starter, they had to disconnect the battery (because alternator and start has permanent +12v to them) so they should have and explanation and a solution ;)

I tried to do that but not solve the problem :(

I did not want to go to the dealer, for sure I will pay like 50€ or 100€ :( but if I do not solve the problem there has to be :(

If the problem appeared after the starter change, you have nothing to pay. If the blue and me unit is damaged, this is far more than 100€...

You should explain them what you are experiencing and they are here to find a solution for you, eventually with a cost.. but if you can prove that the problem is since the starter change, nothing to pay.

yes, but the problem is that, prove the problem start at starter change, because I have noticed about 1 week later, when I plug in USB stick :X

yes, I try 3 different usb stick and the same problem with the 3 usb stick. music plays about 5-40sec's and the usb module shutdown, after some seconds (5-10sec) turn on :(
Anyone know's how to romeve usb module to see if any wire is disconnect ? :X
